To provide AI Search Engine Optimization (AISO) audits, 12trend collects specific data segments:

• Identity Info: Full Name, email address, company profile details, and registered websites.
• Technical Metadata: Browser type, device category, IP address, referral click strings, and geolocalized country identifiers (e.g. from edge routing).
• Telemetry Logs: Scan timestamps, pages analyzed, schema structure issues, and database configuration logs.

We utilize local browser storage (`localStorage`) to hold authenticated JSON Web Tokens (JWT) for secure API routing. We also use standard HTTP cookies to track affiliate referral codes up to a 90-day window.

You can disable cookie collection in your browser settings; however, doing so will prevent affiliate commissions from tracking and may limit dashboard persistence.

We employ strict hashing (bcrypt/pbkdf2) for email credentials and encrypt token exchanges. Your raw account passwords are never stored on the server.

For developer diagnostics, verified Super Admins possess access to run impersonation sessions on client accounts. All admin telemetry sessions are logged and audited to prevent unauthorized database modifications.

12trend does not directly collect or store payment card numbers. All NGN transaction entries are routed securely via API redirection to Flutterwave, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway, which processes the credentials independently.
