assignment1. Acceptance of the Agreement

By registering an account, integrating our AI search schemas, or accessing the 12trend scanning dashboards, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and the 12trend AISO Platform.

manage_accounts2. Accounts, Registrations, and Session Limits

Users may authenticate using standard email registration or Google OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

To ensure platform security and prevent credential sharing, active concurrent user sessions are restricted by plan tier: Free Sandbox accounts are limited to exactly 1 active session, Agency Pro accounts are limited to 3 active sessions, and Enterprise SLA accounts support up to 10 concurrent active sessions. Exceeding these limits will automatically terminate older sessions.

credit_card3. Subscription Cycles, Billing, and Currency

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly cycle. Yearly billing grants up to a 16% discount on our standard rates.

All Nigerian payments are initiated and processed securely in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via Flutterwave checkout integrations. Global operations are charged in USD. Account balances and credit additions are non-refundable, except as explicitly required by law.

security4. IP Protection and Reverse-Engineering Prohibitions

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize our AISO scanning metrics. You agree not to decompile, reverse-engineer, replicate, or extract the proprietary rating weights, algorithmic parameters, search prompt datasets, or crawler simulation logic governing our AI Visibility Score (AVS) calculation system.

group5. Affiliate Network Rules and Anti-Fraud

Attributions are tracked using a 90-day cookie window based on a last-click attribution model. Affiliates receive a one-time 30% commission on the referred user's very first subscription purchase.

Self-referrals (registering under one's own referral code using identical device fingerprints, IP subnets, or email suffixes) are strictly forbidden and will result in the immediate voiding of pending payouts. The minimum withdrawal threshold is ₦25,000 for local bank transfers or $25 internationally.
